These terms of use apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use, purchase from or access this website.

All orders are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Acceptance of these terms of use is signified and implied by the customer ordering goods either by online sale, telephone or in writing. You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

Our Mailing List
Unique Wallpaper will add any email & postal address provided to us when you make an enquiry to send email newsletters or postal advertising from Unique Wallpaper only. If at any time you decide you no longer wish to receive our Newsletter or updates please contact by email or telephone so we can remove your details immediately. You can also unsubscribe directly from our database by clicking on Unsubscribe me link. We will not sell your details or knowingly pass them onto another third party for the purpose of marketing.

Payment Terms

Payment may be made by VISA, Master Card, PayPal and Direct deposit to our account.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars with GST inclusive. Payment will be deducted immediately if you choose to pay by card. This website is secured by SSL sockets and approved by bank facility as secure website for credit card transaction.
This eliminates the risk of your credit card details being captured and used by unauthorised people.

We only trade in Australian Dollars.

Dispatch and shipment
Approximately 2 weeks delivery if not in stock in Australia. We will advise you as soon as possible if delays will occur due to manufacturing process.
If wallpaper is in stock in Australia delivery is approximately 1 week.
All murals are made to order and delivery is approximately 3 weeks.
While every attempt is made to ensure the colours displayed on our website are true and accurate, colour variations are inevitable due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. If you need to match a colour exactly, please request a colour sample of the product. No responsibility will be taken if you are unhappy with the colour when your purchase arrives, unless we have sent you a colour sample, which is different to the product received.

Samples are available for most but not all items show on our website. All samples are close to A4; however some samples might be closer to A6 size. For collections with a sample option you will be able to click on the "purchase sample" tab. If the sample is not available you will not be able to purchase.
Samples can be delivered.
Your samples will be dispatched by Express Post with Australia Post and will gain priority. Tracking number can be provided on request. Additional charges applies
A sample is approximately A4 in size to give you an idea of the texture and colour ways of the wallpaper. If you want the full pattern repeat and greater size of the sample you can order a full roll.

You warrant that: The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by contacting our customer service team. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to: modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you & you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or change the conditions from time to time, & your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.

All goods are supplied on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods. In no circumstances whatsoever shall Unique Wallpaper be liable for indirect of consequential loss or damage following use or installation of our products.
Our liability ends once you have opened checked for defaults and proceed with installation by mean of cutting the product or applying it to the surface or covering with adhesive.


Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address. Please make sure both your billing & delivery addresses are also completed fully. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to New South Wales, Australia law & any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts within New South Wales.
Please note in particular that:-
• No orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18.
• While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy.
• You must ensure that, prior to placing an order; you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this online store.
• All products displayed on this web site are subject to availability.
• Your payment card will be debited immediately.
• No statement on this online store site shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it.
If you under ordered amount of wallpaper contact us first, please state your code and batch number of wallpaper.
We do not however guarantee that additional order will be of the same batch number. We cannot offer refund or credit to you in this matter.
Please always check with us if you ordering more of the same product so we can request the same batch number on your behalf.

Acceptance of Sale
Your order will be accepted as soon as we have confirmed your order. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. If any of the products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.

Cancellation and Refunds
We have the right to cancel your order if we cannot deliver for any reason. You will receive a full refund.
Due to the specialty nature of products sold by Unique Wallpaper - you are unable to cancel your order once your order has been accepted by us and credit card charged.
Due to the specialty nature of products sold by Unique Wallpaper - a refund will only be given in the following circumstances, as required by the laws of New South Wales:-
As a consumer, you are legally entitled to a refund, exchange or repair from the place of purchase if goods:
• had a fault you did not know when you bought it
• were not the same as the seller or advertisement described
• don’t match the sample you ordered of the same item

If the wallpaper is faulty what is your returns policy?
Our responsibility only applies for product faults during manufacture. Please note that you should check all wallpaper products and matching batch numbers for faults before hanging by yourself or your installer. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge prior to installation
If during the installation process, products are damaged or incorrectly installed we do not offer a refund or exchange.
All of our products come with detailed installation instructions as recommended by the manufacturer including recommended adhesive. If these instructions are not followed and a fault appears during or after installation, we do not accept any responsibility and will not offer a refund. We have recommended installers in each state and recommend installation only by professional installers. If you install, you do so at your own risk and we will not accept any responsibility for product once installed.
To determine a faulty product please send us an e-mail to info@uniquewallpaper.com.au, stating your invoice number, date of receipt, application method and a digital image of the fault. If we agree that the product is faulty, please send to Unique Wallpaper at 6 Bridge Street Granville, NSW Australia 2042. Unique Wallpaper will reimburse you for the cost of delivery in this instance.

Please Note: We are unable to offer a refund or accept a return unless the terms listed above are in breach.
We do not refund for incorrect choice, over order or under ordered product. Please do not ask to avoid disappointment.
